“Great check in experience. Tiffany was wonderful and very accommodating to our requests for a top floor not facing the Highway. Comfy bed and pillows and very spacious and clean. Would absolutely recommend.”

“This stay made it where I’ll never go off reviews again when it comes to Memphis!! This hotel was nasty they didn’t have trash bags in the trash cans, whoever cleaned the room swept all the trash under the beds, the walls had cracks in them the furniture was old and a mess, the pool was over filled and the pool furniture WAS NASTY AND HORRIBLE!! This was the worst stay EVER!!”

“Staff were whatever, can’t be rude if you don’t speak I guess. No amenities. Bare bones place. It would be fine but the elevator stunk so bad. Does someone vomit in the shafts everyday. The hallways stink too but in a chemical way ”
