“Couldn't understand how to use the washer and dryer”

“Memphis can be a sketchy place, but this hotel wasn't. Front desk was helpful, room was clean/quiet and the breakfast was good. 10/10”

“Worst hotel I have stayed ever. Everything was old and looked dirty. Even towels looked not washed properly. Free Breakfast was a joke. Just muffins and sugary juice. Broken coffee machine. They have only one person at the front desk in whole property. Avoid if you can.”

“It was an okay stay. I expected a bit more of the room quality for the price. I was on the second floor, which seemed nice, but there was a smell of moisture. When I first got into the room, it still smelled of moisture, and the carpet was damp enough to wet my socks by walking a few feet across the floor. I stayed four days and room service never collected dirty towels or changed the sheets. Overall it was a roof over my head, but I would choose somewhere else next time or ask to change rooms.”

“The lobby area is very nice and the staff was pretty helpful. The room was not clean as I think it should be. The couch was kind of dirty and very hard to sit on if you felt the wood and springs in it the pool area it’s OK kind of smaller than I thought based off the pictures.”

“After a long day on the road, I was greeted by an extremely kind front desk employee who made my stay especially pleasant. She could tell how tired I was and graciously allowed me to check in early and arranged a room on the first floor, which I greatly appreciated. We had a nice conversation about travel and road life. She shared stories from when she was a truck driver, and we talked about how challenging interstate traffic can be. She took the time to explain all of the hotel’s amenities and...

“The staff was awesome and extremely friendly. They helped in anyway they could to make the stay better.”

“Big sign when you walk in from the main lobby for the coffee out of order. Ice machine is broken. Breakfast is less than OK. Steph needs a better training and more professionalism.”

“I did not stay at the hotel because from the outside it did not look safe. All the building around the hotel were abandoned. There was only one way (one lane street) to enter the hotel parking lot. The hotel seemed to be in a rundown area.”
