Hotel vicino a Heroes Park - Memphis

“Memphis can be a sketchy place, but this hotel wasn't. Front desk was helpful, room was clean/quiet and the breakfast was good. 10/10”

“Worst hotel I have stayed ever. Everything was old and looked dirty. Even towels looked not washed properly. Free Breakfast was a joke. Just muffins and sugary juice. Broken coffee machine. They have only one person at the front desk in whole property. Avoid if you can.”

“Their breakfast was awful. First day was there they were out of waffle mix at 7 am they opened for breakfast at 6 took about 30 minutes to get it refilled. Their coffee was very weak could read a newspaper through it. Second day they had biscuits and gravy only thing at 8am they were out of biscuits and the lady said that they were frozen they put some in the oven and they probably won't be done until they get ready to close at 9 am. Will not be staying there again. Room was not very clean.”

“Property had recent flood damage and extremely loud remediation fans were on all night long in the hallways. Room smelled like a wet dog and like the previous guest smoked in it. Walls and doors had animal scratches all over them. Do not stay at this property”

“The staff was just as disgusting as the hotel itself. No customer service at all!! I stayed there all of 1 hour while I looked for another hotel. Absolutely disgusting”

“Do not stay here.....prostitution beside the hotel as well as out front....some rooms have no amenities...missing windows in some rooms...rude people...not safe at all”

“My room I reserved was not even what I ordered. I reserved a room with king size bed and they gave me two queens instead for same pricing for one night as the king. Stains on tv remote and the tv stand. The tv wasn’t working, room was hot and stuffy. No soap at all for the shower. Overall this place was a rip off for the quality of my stay. I would stay away from this location for other travelers passing through.”

“Upon arrival you can tell the building needs some TLC. I’m still waiting for my deposit I made upon arrival. I know we left the room just like it was. Definitely will not be returning”

“Got there to check in. They had to use my Hotspot on my phone to check me in Went to elevator there was cigarettes all over floor. Got to our floor smelt like pot and more cigarettes on floor. Made it to our room half the lights did not work. It smelt like mold it was dirty in there trash on floor. I went to walmart and bout cleaning supplies and cleaned it myself. Had people knocking on the door all through night. very uncomfortable place to stay bed was very broke down. I do not recommend”
