“Non sanno neanche parlare inglese! Al check out ho ribadito più volte di aspettare un taxi che avevo già prenotato e pagato. Hanno capito di chiamare uno loro. La sorpresa è stata arrivato all aeroporto senza soldi e con il taxista che minacciava di riportarmi indietro ”

“it was doing some renovations on several floors, so it's good they are upgrading. location is by major road so easy to find & for transportation. still needs improvement on cleanliness on the corridor, inside rooms are okay. window in the junior suite cannot be fastened so we can still hear traffic outside. receptionists and room service people are nice, security personnel still need improvement. Still 3 and a half star.”

“By mystake the reservation was done for the wong days, after 5 minutes with the correct dates but the hotel strongly refused to move it. Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE for what SHOULD be a high level hotel. Therefore the room was not used at all, but if this is the customer's treatment my feedback can only be the worst as possible.”

“It’s located not so far from the air port, and easy to get toll road to avoid traffic jam. The food was so nice!”

“A great hotel in a great location. It has all the amenities I wanted, and the price was good. Service staff and reception were all very friendly and quick to help with anything. Special thanks to Ami for all of her help and valuable information. I am returning to Jakarta soon and would definitely book again, but they are sold out for my dates. I can't imagine staying anywhere else. :-(”
