This recently remodeled townhome on Lake Michigan is ideal for groups and families. Gather around the community beach firepit for a memorable outdoor experience while roasting s'mores with your friends. The beach is just a short walk away if you would like to try the sparkling blue waters of Lake Michigan. The wooded water view from the deck is simply out of this world!

Inside, the carpeted open floor plan seamlessly combines the living and dining areas and the kitchen. The inviting living room provides guests with a great spot to unwind indoors - watch a favorite show on the TV with cable or gather around the coffee table to play entertaining board games with the group. The recently remodeled kitchen has all major appliances, including a dishwasher for quick post-meal clean-ups.

The main bedroom is on the first level and features queen bunk beds, while the living area has a queen sofa bed. There is a secluded sleeping area in the loft upstairs.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great location and fantastic access to the beach and Lake Michigan. The unit is a bit dated and could use some attention to deep cleaning the spider webs out of the window casings and corners. The wifi modem went down after the first night which left us with limited access to information and no way to watch anything on the tv. I’d stay again, but would also look elsewhere if updated furnishings and attention to the rental experience is important to you.

This condo has the potential to be a nice place to stay with your family. Unfortunately, when we got to the rental place, the patio door handle was broken, which made it very challenging to open the door. I immediately noticed that Vacasa informed them of the issue, particularly since I consider the patio door an emergency exist. Despite their promise to send someone, no one showed up. The garbage disposal was also leaking, resulting in a water spill everywhere in the kitchen. The bathtub drain stop is broken, resulting in the inability to give my children a bath. The place needs some love and care (some electric outlets do not work well, a kitchen cabinet bottom is about to fall down, the door wood panel is peeling, some paint peeling, old appliances, etc) and therefore does not reflect the price asked. While no one assisted us during the week with our challenging issues, a very friendly employee of Vacasa called us at the end of our stay and agreed this unit was not up to their standards. We arrange for a small compensation.When the unit issues will be fixed, it will be a nice place for a family of four with children to enjoy given how amazing is the location with the access to the beach.Ask questions before renting the unit, we are confident Vacasa will fixe the issues.

Totally outdated and just old. No money put into unit for the benefit of the customer. Vrbo/Vacasa does not require the owners to improve the inits. They say its the owner which it is but Vrbo is not looking out for the customer. I have a germ phobia notified them....no effort was made to make sure it was clean. Pubic and long hair on bathroom floor, dirty toilet brush, top of sink stopper broke off, peeling of veneer on back of b/r door. Drool on bed comforter, dirty towel in top dresser drawer, food on fridge door handle. Sticky carpet at bottom and top of stairs. I had communication with management the very first day....no communication until the day before we were to leave the next morning at 10 am.We exchange text for the next 5 days with them basicly saying thank you for your comments.

Peace and quiet

Loved the condo, quiet and peaceful. Good amenities. Loved the beautiful views from our patio. Shopping , wineries and outdoor activities all close by. Will definitely stay again !!
