Make yourself at home at this river and beachfront condominium in The Homestead with beautiful water views! You will be located right on the Crystal River with access to Lake Michigan frontage. This lower-level retreat with walkout has four bedrooms and three full bathrooms, which is perfect for large families and groups. The main floor features a sunny living area with a TV with cable and a fireplace, a well-appointed kitchen with all the major appliances, a dining table for six, and a riverfront deck with an outdoor dining area.

The main bedroom is located on the main floor with an en suite bathroom. There are two more bedrooms on the lower level - one of them shares a bathroom and a door with the fourth bedroom (bunk room), which has two sets of bunk beds. The fourth bedroom does have a door that shuts it off from the third bedroom.

Please note that this property does not have A/C.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
