“I didn’t like no discount because the pool wasn’t in use shouldn’t be full price when everything isn’t available because I paid for that”

“I was charged 60.00 by Expedia for breakfast and then the paper bill says extra guest. The hotel mgmt said, they don’t know why Expedia charged us that. The breakfast is free continental and there were 4 of us in one room 2 queen beds. I asked to be refunded the 60.00 and Expedia REFUSED! Never ever will I use them again. 30 years and this is how they treat us! I have emails and I called over 10 times and the hotel managers word.”

“There was no one at the desk when we were trying to check in. There was a line waiting and I called the number shown at the service desk and it just rang back at the desk. I finally called again and the clerk came in from outside. He never apologized for not being there and acted like we were an inconvenience. He was also speaking so softly that he had to keep repeating himself. I have stayed here in the past and never had a problem. I hope the guy was just having an off day.”

“We were there for 3 nights due to a graduation. The hotel has an elevator, and is convenient to the interstate and Sellersburg. You could tell they had recently remodeled, so everything is clean. The bed was comfortable, hard pillows. The breakfast was adequate, I love waffles so I was happy. We would stay there again”

Shout out to Nick at the front desk who was professional, friendly and greeted us as we left for the evening and returned to the hotel. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. “I’m now fully committed to staying only at Home2 Suites by Hilton because of this property! Entire property was super well-thought out, modern, very clean, and well maintained! Room has a very useful floorpan for working remotely from rhe room with family/children and it even has a full kitchen with a garbage disposal and dishwasher. Outdoor pool was amazing for my kiddos to enjoy! They thought they were going to be bored as I had to work that afternoon, only to find the pool and breakfast were...

“They allow pets and the dog nearby barked until very late at night with no intervention by the staff. The "Happy Hour" consisted of Beer on Tap for those who drink beer, but nothing else. The hotel is getting very run down with damaged doors, flooring and walls.”

“A very positive, welcoming staff. There was a pool table, Jenga and Connect Four for the child and adults available for use. The gym looked clean and the pool was inviting.”
