“The room temperature has to be controlled from the front office . The room temperature was up and down whole stay. Even though we to call the front office couple times per day, the room temperature was up and down and not comfortable. The environment was cozy and calm.”

“Location is excellent for access to facilities on Patriot Blvd and Glenview. Hotel is very clean, well maintained and staff are helpful. As this area is away from downtown Chicago, a car (or rental car) is useful for getting around, such as going to a restaurant.”

“I was really disappointed with the room situation. Too close to major highway. Could hear traffic all night long Plus air conditioning unit too loud even with fan on low. As a result had to wear ear plugs. Not happy with that. Elevator floor dirty. Definitely would not stay there again.”

“The best thing about the Sheridan Northbrook hotel was the staff! Porsche and Kristof drove my husband and I’m back-and-forth to Winnetka music festival! Highly recommended A+”

“Struttura vecchia, camera che alla consegna puzzava di fumo. Personale cortese e disponibile. Colazione buona, che non ti aspetti in una struttura simile”

“Ottima struttura. Personale professionale e accogliente. Gli ascensori e la zona colazione dovrebbe essere più attenzionata per la pulizia. Nei dintorni della struttura c'è poco e il lavoro di rifacimento delle strade crea difficoltà di traffico. ”

“People beware of this location!! Pictures provided on Expedia are not accurate. This is not a hotel is more like a motel. The room is dirty holes in the walls. Fridge was dirty had dirt pile up. Furniture was 2nd had. False advertising. I don’t even want to get into it about the bed. Don’t not book here!!”

“1 scoket for tablets and phone 1 side of the scoket did not work, no microwave no refg, had problem with the door that place need a lot of upgrade and i mean a lot I will not be going back there to stay.”

“The pros: exceptional staff, great view, clean and spacious room, a well working hot water shower, and the convenient Hilton app. The cons: outdated furnishings including the old refrigerator, and the broken elevator on Saturday night leaving us to walk to the ninth floor. Not quite live up to the Hilton brand name.”
