“Had no problem checking in my son and his family, wife and twins. They weren't here yet but I was able to do it for them so they just had to come in and get a room key when the got here. ”

Purtroppo non è stato così perchè alcuni membri del personale della reception erano decisamente scortesi e poco disponibili nei nostri confronti ( nemmeno rispondevano al saluto che comunque per educazione noi abbiamo sempre fatto ...). Ci dispiace perchè per tutto il resto abbiamo apprezzato la struttura. ”

“We stayed here because i was having eye surgery nearby. The hotel staff was wonderful. Arranged for us to have a ground floor room near the entrance so i didn't have to walk far. We had a lovely finner in the restaurant the night before and take out from there a few times. Our room was small but clean and well maintained. No complaints. ”
