“The staff were exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble. They were extremely welcoming and courteous, with the evening receptionist even getting me a double room when I wasn’t able to pick that room online. Comfortable room and decent shower. There was plenty of choice at breakfast and the staff were constantly cleaning and clearing tables. Couldn’t have picked a better hotel to stay for the night-thank you!”

“We had a wonderful experience at The Mortimer’s Arms. If you are visiting Paultons Park/Peppa Pig World, the location is unbeatable (within walking distance). The hotel is exceptionally dog-friendly. They provided a water bowl, treats, and a toy for our dog, which was such a lovely gesture. Il personale, giovane e disponibile, è molto cordiale. La stanza assegnata era un po' piccola (siamo in 4), ma a parte questo l'esperienza è stata del tutto positiva!”

“The hotel was lovely! The staff were nice and accommodating. The bed was fantastic. The only thing that annoyed me was having to pay £20 parking when there were plenty of spaces out the back. I was one of three cars parked all night and the car park itself could hold about 20 cars. Other than that.. cracking hotel! ”
