We prefer to contact through the app but are available by phone or in person if needed.

The property is part of a multi-unit building.

Early Check-in/Late Check Out is available at $20/hr upon request - The reason we ask this, is because typically it takes 4 hours to clean the property. If you wish to check in early, our cleaner will have to bring an extra person to help clean the unit quicker.

Remember, you`re staying in a home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP. Our property is constantly being upgraded. You will sometimes notice we’ve added new items to make stays more comfortable. There is a possibility our photos may be different than what you see in the property upon arrival.

Accessibility Notice: Please note that this apartment is located on the second floor and is accessible only by a flight of stairs. There is no elevator/lift. Guests should be comfortable climbing stairs, and the property may not be suitable for people with mobility issues or those who have difficulty using stairs.

Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4.5 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed. We reserve the right to refuse pets based on age, sexe, breed and/or if they are fixed or not.

Deposits may be required.
1. All guests must be disclosed.
2. No parties or events.
3. Do not make excessive noise or listen to loud music.
4. No usage of illegal substances.
5. Please do not re-arrange the furniture.
6. Late check out / early check in is $20/hr.
7. Guests agree to pay for damages exceeding deposit.
8. Pets are allowed depending on age, sexe, breed and if they are fixed. Pet fee is $75 per stay.
9. We reserve the right to refuse any pets.

If any house rules are broken, there may be a charge of up to $300.
