“There was no phone, even to the front desk. TheDirectv was horrible. Bath/shower plumbing was difficult to deal with. Was not informed a new roof was going to be installed in the morning. Pounding early in the morning about gave me a heart attack!!”

“We had a wonderful stay at Phoenicia Lodge. We stayed for two nights and went hiking in the surrounding area. The lodge is in a great location—ideal if you have a car (we didn’t, but we managed just fine). Sandra was a huge help, and the welcome was fantastic. She always gave great advice and really takes good care of her guests. I highly recommend Phoenicia Lodge.”

We did that and more at the cute little pool, the big yard with badminton set up! Everyone was super nice, accommodating and friendly! Highly recommended little motel. Walking distance to the Main Street for lunch, pizza take out, icecream etc!”

“Check in information was provided via email the day of check in. I was able to enter the hotel and my room without a problem. The hotel staff was responsive and helpful via text messages. The inside of our room was very comfortable, the staff left a few complementary drinks and snack in the room for us which was very much appreciated. Was able to switch my second night reservation from another of the owner's property back to the bnb without any problem. Quiet. Perfect place for a romantic get away, although my stay was work related, and I was a single traveler. Felt very safe as a women traveling alone.
