Perfect location for our needs enjoyed the neighborhood. The river park is very close by our son is just a few blocks away. The home was comfortable had everything we needed.

Perfect!

This is definitely one of the best rentals I have ever stayed at. The place was perfect for me, my daughter and son-in-law, and 2 young grandkids. EVERYTHING we needed was available in a drawer, cabinet, or closet! The neighborhood is safe and very quiet. Riverside Park is just down the street. Kate was very responsive and accommodating. I would love to come again!

Loved it,

I personally love this property. It came with everything you needed ice laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, dishes, pots pans, coffee maker, air fryer anything that you would want it had it nice quiet neighborhood easy access and it felt safe and secure. I would definitely give this place a 10 out of 10, and I recommend it to anyone looking to stay

Family friendly second home

We loved staying here. Our two elementary age kids felt right at home. The bedrooms were perfect, and super comfy. We loved the backyard and the view through the livingroom window. The bathroom was so clean and well stocked with towels and TP. After a long day of sight seeing, coming home to this cozy air conditoned oasis just felt right. Woukd stay again 5/5.

Quiet neighborhood

We very much enjoyed staying at Katy’s house. The house was clean, cutely decorated and had all we needed for our stay in Grand Rapids. We were never more than 20 minutes away from anywhere- the Frederick Meijer Gardens, Downtown, and many of the breweries we visited. The house has a quiet back patio that we enjoyed and when we saw there was not a coffeemaker (there was a Keurig), Katy brought one to us promptly. If ever in the area again, would not hesitate to stay here!

Home away from home

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is updated, beautifully decorated and had all of the amenities necessary. The location was perfect for our plans. Close to John Nall Zoo and the Frederik Meijer Botanical Gardens.

Beautiful stay!

We loved getting to stay at Kate's house! It was beautifully decorated and there were so many small details that were in place. Great for kiddos too! We walked through the neighborhood and went to the nearby playground. It was lovely!

Perfect location

The house on Boltwood was perfect for me and my husband while visiting family and friends in Grand Rapids. It is convenient to parks, freeways, restaurants and stores. The home was nicely furnished and very clean, with lots of thoughtful touches. We would definitely return for another visit!

Everything and more!

We have found a new place to stay when we come to Grand Rapids! This quaint three bedroom house had all the amenities that we were looking for and more! The owner has thought of everything!

Bridal Shower Roadtrip

The house was so cute and very comfortable. Owner had great communication. Lots of games and other things to entertain guests of all ages. Spent most of the time watching NCAA March madness. We had a great time.

Perfect location for a stay in Grand Rapids

Had a great stay - the location was perfect to get anywhere you need to be in GR, the house was clean and cozy, and everything in the listing was as promised! I’d recommend to anyone needing to be in and around Grand Rapids for a weekend getaway or a more extended stay!

Hip and safe Grand Rapids

The home was fairly priced. Great and simple communication with the owner. Nice and quiet neighborhood. The house had enough room for 4 adults. I wish we would have been there in the warmer months to utilize the screened in porch. I would easily stay at this location again.

Lovely House in Quiet Neighborhood

This property is conveniently located for visiting downtown and the neighborhood is very quiet. Although it was still cold the park across the street has a nice walking trail. We loved how clean this house was, how nicely decorated and homey it was, how well stocked it was, and how easy check in and check out was. Kate was great at communicating through out the process. 100% recommend!

Me and My Gang - family of 5

The property was perfect for our 2-night stay. The home was clean and comfy. The beds were delightful, and the kitchen was fully equipped. The owner was great at communicating and had the house set perfectly for our visit. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it for a group of 6 or less. Thanks Kate!

Friends GR getaway

Lovely property in a great neighborhood. 10 minutes from downtown. Everything we needed was provided, no issues at all would definitely choose to stay here again next time we are in the area.

Perfect stay

We had a lovely stay. The host thought of all needs and was very accommodating. I was so grateful for the coffee after a long snowy drive. Very clean property and decorated beautifully. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you for the great communication before our trip as well.
