Hotel vicino a Grand River Rocks - Kitchener

“This is a wonderful historic hotel that has been beautifully modernized. Our room was spacious with inspired decor. The staff was exceptionally kind, friendly and knowledgeable. We loved our stay at the Walper. The breakfast is no longer free, but it's very good. As was dinner at the hotel's TWH. Pricey, but what restaurant isn't these days?”

“I have stayed in a lot of hotels as a retired travel agent. This hotel is near the top for a great place to stay. Very clean, all staff I was in contact with was pleasant. Room was very comfortable. I come up to Kitchener at least twice a year for family and would definitely stay here again. My only comment would be for better signage when entering the parking lot as I am sure I am not the only one who had to go into the Doubletree to find out how to get to the hotel.”

“We have stayed here many times. Room is very clean and comfortable. Staff are great. Pool is a nice luxury. Parking is convenient and protected from weather. Restaurant/bar on premises is very nice and has breakfast options, a good bar and a range of easy and fancy foods. It’s right near uptown Waterloo with many amenities. It is my Waterloo home.”
