“Very disappointing experience. There was no hair dryer provided in the room, and when we contacted the reception to request one, we were told that they did not have any spare hair dryers available. Instead of providing a simple solution, we were asked to change our room to another one. This was very inconvenient and not the level of service expected from a hotel.”

I prefer to stay at Hyatt hotels, and have stay at other Hyatt hotels, but haven’t been charged a parking fee at other locations. I understand this Hyatt is by the airport and the hotel doesn’t want travelers/non-guests parking at their facility.”
