Hotel vicino a Grange Golf Course - Auckland

“Laundry machines were loud, otherwise excellent stay”

“Room was clean and tidy wifi tv was not the greatest ”

“Room was dirty and stained throughout. The cupboard in our room had a large pile of dirty towels that had been thrown in there wet, and dried in a pile, as well as belongings from past guests piled up. Bedding was stained throughout. No soap at handbasin. Shower gel and shampoo in shower was about a third full and very watery. Fridge wasn't working throughout stay.”

“Clean room, close to shopping, friendly staff”

“Great Value for money ,lovely clean rooms etc”

“Room was refurbished on the inside but the fit and finish was sub par - to the point where security was a concern for me. Most concerning was the flimsy thin ply patched over the main entrance door. The door between the lounge and bedroom wouldn’t shut due to bad fit / installation. Big gaps between the external sliding door and wall create drafts for wind and extra outside noise”

“Easy access and friendly services. Great stay!”

“Last minute 2 night booking due to diverted flight. Close to airport. Ubered due to late arrival $27 / early departure $41.”

“Love this place. Feels like stepping back in time but with modern comfort. Bed was super comfy, room was spacious. Staff were lovely. Bathroom and room was clean. Short walk to train station. Won't hesitate to book again”

“Un po' deluso dal trattamento molto distaccato e non orientato a tenere al centro dell'attenzione l'ospite... nessun upgrade proposto a differenza del cliente che ha fatto il check in a fianco a me, nessuna possibilità di accedere alla lounge per vedere gli aerei decollare e atterrare, nessun drink di benvenuto, inoltre la camera aveva un problema con lo scarico della doccia da cui risaliva rumore continuamente”

“.”

“We stayed at the hotel for a few hours before catching our next flight. The airport shuttle service was excellent quick, well-organized, and easy to find. The room, although small, was comfortable and suitable for a short stay. Unfortunately, we did notice some issues with cleanliness: there were traces of toothpaste and a few hairs in the bathroom, presumably from the previous guest. A bit more attention to cleaning, especially in the bathroom, would greatly improve the overall experience.”

“This new place is a welcome discovery, perfectly positioned just a hundred metres or so from the Newmarket Train Station (direct CRL into the city) and also the Newmarket shopping district with Westfield, cafés etc. The rooms are very nicely appointed, the bed linen of excellent quality and the general ambience very pleasant. It presents excellent value in comparison to many other options - we will definitely we staying here again.”

“A great hotel ”
