" Reel Family Tides" V.I.P Island is on a Barrier Island. You will need a BOAT !

Island Vacationing at its finest ! Enjoy a peaceful, tranquil stay at our Island Paradise. One of a distinct few Barrier Islands in Florida. Located in Sebastian, Florida, our house is of brand new construction with the finest attention to detail. Nearly 10' Ceilings throughout. You can smell the cleanliness upon walking in. Watch the porpoises play off the dock ! Fish, boat, kayak or just enjoy some private time under our 40 foot Tiki Bar ! Vacation Island Playground (V.I.P Island) is not accessible by car. To arrive at Island, a Boat, PWC, or kayak must be used. Boat ramp parking is free, no charge.For a small fee, we have a taxi service provider on the Island who will take people both to and from the Island. At time of rental if requested, renter will have ability to contact the taxi service. Several local restaurants reside along the Intracoastal Waterway. Some of the finest inshore back country fishing available around the Island ! Large snook,redfish,trout and Sheepshead all patrol the inshore waters of the Lagoon. Offshore fishing is second to none with huge Red Snapper,Grouper, Mahi, Cobia and several other Pelagic species. Our house boasts a huge waterfront dockage with nearly 100' of available dockage for boats,jet skis,kayaks etc. House resides on the canal located down the center of the Island which protects nice boats from weather and wind. No need to worry about your boat at night. It stays nice and safe !
Fully functional docks with oversize cleats for larger boats. Filet table with hose bibs provided for those who wish to come back and process their catch after a long day on the water. Come stay with us ! The Island lifestyle is the best lifestyle!!

Amazing

We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful house. The check in process was super easy. The house is beautifully decorated, the property is just amazing, with the tiki huts the docks on both side of the property. This house has everything you could ask for to be entertained and it’s on an island what more could you ask for. The host was incredible. We will be coming back here as often as possible… just an amazing awesome vacation..

Memorial Day Stay

We have stayed on this island before and this is by far our favorite place! Plenty of amenities to keep everyone entertained. The house was very clean and had plenty of room for our entire group and our boats. Mike was available for any questions we had and made sure we had a great time! This place has everything you need for a family trip or fishing vacation!

Island Fishing vacation

I recently stayed at this incredible island house for a fishing vacation, and it was absolutely perfect! The house itself was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, offering tips on the best fishing spots and making sure everything was just right. The location was unbeatable for fishing enthusiasts like myself. Whether you’re casting from the shore or taking a boat out, the fishing was phenomenal! We caught plenty of fish every day and enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. If you’re looking for the perfect place to relax and reel in some great catches, this is the place to be. I couldn’t recommend it more and can’t wait to come back for another stay!

Great place to stay!!!

We really enjoyed this property. Mike was easy to communicate with and very attentive! The house and tiki bar were fantastic and well stocked. The ice machine was a huge bonus!! We are already planning our next trip here!! We absolutely loved it!!!

Labor Day weekend

First time staying in this house on the island and we’ll definitely be coming back!! Kids loved the bunk beds! Us adults loved the tiki bar area! This house had everything you need to cook , most stocked kitchen I’ve ever had in a rental house. Good dock space. Mike was great! Called to check in a couple of days ahead of time, texted once during the stay for an update. He was amazing! The men and kids LOVED the old store games in the living room too. Toys outside were nice to have too! We had a great weekend! 12/10 stars!!

Birthday weekend

Staying at this property was a good choice to go celebrate my birthday and my friend's birthday. The place was excellent, spacious, clean, and the communication with Mike was very good, as well as with his wife Emilia every time we needed some assistance. We enjoyed the Islands around, even tho the weather was not the best. But just by staying in doors we all had a great time in this beautiful property. Thanks Mike for bringing us some fresh fish, that was very nice of you. I will definitely recommend this property to anyone who is looking to have a great time, you won't regret it for anything! Definitely will rent this property again ❤️

Beautiful home with great amenities!

This is a beautiful home right on an island. Our family and some friends stayed here for a few days and had everything we needed. The home was very clean, beds were super comfy and the owners were very attentive and answered all the questions we had! Boat dock right out front makes it super convenient to jump on the boat and head to the inlet or out to dinner! Also has a huge tiki hut with Lots of fun things to do from ping pong to darts, or simply sitting around watching tv outside! We can’t wait to go back!!

FAMILY TIDES WAS AWESOME

This place is great we enjoyed our time very clean and great access with my 23ft boat .Fish right on the dock or enjoy the intercoastal water ways the place has a great outdoor area tiki hut great Host, and we will be back.

Absolutely Perfect

We couldn’t have been more impressed with this property. Absolutely incredible and the perfect setup for a weekend on the water with friends and family. The house is impeccably decorated, spotlessly clean, and the AC keeps the house nice and cold at night. The dockage is plenty big enough for two 20-26’ foot boats, and the canal is plenty deep. We HIGHLY recommend this house.

What a Gem!

Who wouldn’t want to stay on an island. What a fun place only accessible by boat. Easy to access and a super nice property recently (or at least felt that way) renovated. Clean easy to get around and close to a bunch of restaurants. We can for some rest and time on the water fishing and enjoying the Sun. And…it was excellent for all of that. The hosts are attentive and helpful, wanting to make our stay the best it could be. Thanks for the hospitality, we’ll be coming back to this property soon.

Perfect stay for the vacationer looking to get away.

Property was super clean upon arrival and attention to detail was everywhere! The home still smells new and perfect for entertaining or just relaxing for a reset. Great communication with host before, and during stay. Lots of games to include giant Jenga, darts, and we loved the ping pong. Great location to enjoy the local restaurants, sandbar, fishing, or just a river cruise. Definitely would recommend a stay.

Amazing Island Getaway 🏝️

The host were absolutely the BEST! 🤩 Communication was superb and extremely helpful! The island itself was close enough to the boat ramp that it was a breeze to pick up friends for the day! We had multiple boats and everyone was able to dock up perfectly! Plenty of restaurants and fishing spots all around, I definitely recommend the Old Fish HouseBar & Grill, the Grouper Cheeks are DELISH! But so was everything else! The house is absolutely GORGEOUS inside! Very accommodating and then some! The tiki areas were a great hangout spot during the day and night and also we walked the island and found a lovely little beach area, the kids LOVED IT! We will be sure to stay again and again! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us 🥰

Wow factor as soon as you walk in !!!!!

We were so impressed with the size Of this house !!!! The beds were extremely comfortable. Tons of room for Entertaining. The kitchen is huge !!!! Two couches , huge tiki bar outside with grill, Bar , dartboard , ping pong table. Amazing water views. We had plenty of private dock space to park two boats , already planing our next trip to VIP island and will Definitely rent this house !!

Island Getaway

The owner was excellent with communication and very accommodating. The home is beautiful. It’s a new, well appointed and comfortable with a great open floor plan. This is charming gem on an island only reachable by boat. You feel so far away yet you are only a 5 minute boat ride from the mainland. This property is quaint and boat dockage was great for our flats skiffs. The tiki hut hang out space was amazing too. We will certainly come back.
