“Elevators were continuously out of order. No cleaning service on a three night stay. Pool closes at 6 PM. So if you are traveling with children, this is not very kid friendly. Most restaurants are closed during the week.”

“Staff was excellent! Our room was musty smelling upon entrance, like it hadn’t been used in awhile and maybe wet carpet, but once we got the AC blowing good it was better. Clean room and slept well. ”

“Staff was amazing. The physical property and room furniture needs major upgrades. There was an overwhelming smell of mildew in the first room we checked into. The room was on the 3rd floor and in several areas the floors were soft to the point where I didn’t want to go anywhere near them. We moved rooms and the mildew smell was better but the faux leather couch was ragged and peeling. Overall the staff was very helpful but the hotel has seen its better days and needs a major renovation”

“No hot water curtains in the room bad condition A/c couldn’t control They told me they will refund 50 % Expedia would take care of that I really think I should get full return please let me know what to do”

“Very close to casinos. Only 2 rooms avail in 1st floor due to renovations. No USB port avail in any room. You must buy the breakfast. Toilet paper holder hard to reach.”

“The bed was comfortable and clean. The room was oddly laid out but spacious except for the sink and toilet/ shower. The grout and baseboards were terribly dirty. There was a blood stain on the bathroom wall. The room definitely needs a real spring cleaning and not just strong smelling disinfectant. Finally, the toilet paper needs an upgrade.”

“No hot water to shower or shave with and the phone did not work to call the front desk. Threw on some clothes to go down and tell the front desk. Was told sorry offered another room but now we were out of time and just had to leave. ”

“Excellent location and great service. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice and options, plus crockery and cutlery, not paper plates and plastic. Highly recommend”

“It's located in good place. I stayed one night in double bedroom and was ok. The olny thing were, the shower curtain was dirty and the phone in rhe room didn't working. There's not an American breakfast,is just like a meal. The good thing was I did my late check out for 1 hr and I haven't to pay extra.”

“The room was not clean when I entered. I asked for another room and was denied this request. The next day, it was cleaned for me. Overall, I feel like the property is not well kept.”

“Was 20 kids in the pool. We didnt want to join them. Room.was great. Son slept on sofa bed while us and baby slept in the room ajoined. Baby didnt wake him up. He was happy”
