“This is a nice hotel in North Chicago near the Naval Base. The beds are very comfortable, the linens are clean and bright. The shower puts out a nice spray, the refrigerator is small, but works. There is no microwave in the room. Thank you for a nice stay.”

“Our entire weekend at Great Wolf Lodge in Gurnee was a complete cluster from beginning to end. For a place that charges resort-level prices, the amenities and service were seriously lacking. The pool water was cold, which immediately took away from the main reason we came. It also felt like every time we tried to do or purchase something, there was another problem. The bar didn’t even have soda, so I had to walk across the entire resort just to get drinks. Then I had to walk all the way back...

“This hotel needs a total renovation. Has awesome potential just needs someone to bring it back to life. Spiderwebs and spiders were throughout the room and the carpet needed vacuuming wouldn’t recommend staying there.”

“Siamo arrivati al hotel e alla reception ci viene detto che la carta con cui abbiamo pagato non era la stessa che risultava nel loro sistema (quando sulla fattura di hotels era palesemente la stessa da me fornita), dopo svariati tentativi ci ribadisce che non puó farci il check in dato il problema e prova senza mio consenso a ripassare la carta per effettuare una nuova transazione; tutto questo con la scusa che si trattava solo della prassi per poterci dare la camera. Al che iniziando a sentirmi...
