“The property was in an excellent location. Close to Congress Street, and within walking distance to downtown Portland, the Old Port and Deering Oaks Park. Comfortable beds, clean towels and a well equipped kitchen. Late check out and a parking space provided for an extra fee. The property manager David was fantastic. Instant communication with any questions that we had upon arrival. We recommend this property to others visiting Portland. ”

“Place was very clean and well decorated. I had some minor concern about the floorboards being uneven under the laminate- this is a possible trip hazard. But the neighborhood was relatively quiet and I loved the view from the porch.”

“We had a great stay! The place was spacious and extremely clean. The kitchen was well-stocked. Great location that was in walking distance to many restaurants. We could also walk to the Sea Dogs baseball stadium for a game. ”

“I stayed here as it is a close drive to Old Orchard Beach as well as many other attractions like the water park, amusement park, and carnival. Lorenzzo is an amazing host with great communication. During my stay, I felt like I was in amazing hands as Lorenzzo made sure to always check to see if we needed any help.
