“The hotel-the lobby, the elevators, the hallways and our room were dirty. We had to "mop" our floor with a towel and they were black when we were done. It seemed like nothing was being cleaned. Then our room was in the middle of a remodel or something because we did not have a countertop in the space outside the bathroom. There was just a hard plastic covering the hole for us to use.
