“Right as you walked in the room it smelled of wet dog. The tub was durty we had no hand soap or wash cloths. The next day the had some kind of party right next to us load at 9 o'clock we ask for a new room . They had no problem giving us one and that was vary nice of them.”

“Floors were not cleaned at all before we got into our room. WiFi never worked, messages manager telling him. He said ok I’ll reset it. I said it never worked. Never got a response back. One of our bed was outdated , had springs poking through . Had a refrigerator from 1978 . Not worth 270 dollars that’s for sure.”

“Unexpectedly had to pay a $100 "deposit" supposedly just a "hold" not a "charge" not something I had planned for. Checking in about midnight after a delayed flight - quite a rude awakening. Reservation clerk was not friendly or personable - more like a cop! Room including bathroom was vey clean (small). I thought my reservation was for 2 queen beds - we got 2 double beds. Hallway carpet looks like it has seen better days. We did not use pool. ”

“Personale al check-in per nulla disponibile e burbero, la camera lascia molto a desiderare, letto matrimoniale ma di misura una piazza e mezzo, le luci sui comodini una non faceva, il frigo solo luce accesa ma non raffreddava, nel letto tirare giù le coperte, sembrava ci avesse già dormito qualcuno da quanto era disfatto. Nel bagno mancavano bagnoschiuma e cuffia per doccia. ”
