“Loved our stay in our quaint cottage! Located about midway on Great and Little Exuma, so made a great base for our travels across the island, and we went point to point throughout the week. Dock and kayak was great fun (turtles!). And the pool was a great refresher after days on the beach.Host Miss Valerie was so sweet and helpful. “We stayed 5 nights in this small aparment recently renovated. It has a very small kitchen well equipped in the house entrance, a standard double bedroom and a big bathroom well equipped itself. We found a great assistance by the owner Maxine and her caretaker and we also a free tranfer from and to the airport. The island is very expensive, as are the bahamian islads, so we suggest this apartment solution for its good value for money.”

“This quaint little house Is located on such beautiful property back in a private cove. The house is small but has everything you need. The view from the back porch is amazing! During high tide the water surrounds the porch. You will have fish and turtles swimming right next to you. Peter was the most helpful and accommodating host we have ever had. He even has a car available to rent wih the house. I highly recommend renting Peter's house. ”

“We had a wonderful time at Hoopers Bay Villas. The cottages are across the street from the beach and access is easy. We stayed in the Yellow Elder cottage. It had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. It is a little older and not perfect, but who cares with the low price we paid to be at a beautiful beach!? The hosts, William and Priscilla are lovely people and always available to help or answer questions. Loved they cute beach decor in the cottage. The cottages are also private....

“This is a really great place. Super clean and comfortable. Great access to ocean. Steps to the beach. Dine outside on patio. Lots of beach accessories supplied and host super responsive. I would highly recommend getting a rental car, get a one day pass at Grand Isle resort and/or renting a boat to explore Stocking Island so that you can experience different areas of the island. We rented a boat from Exuma Boat rental, Allison and Exuma auto rental”

"Pay Attention to this structure! Be Aware! The structure it's completely different from what it's shown in the photos on Expedia (whom we promptely inform). Before the check-in, the owner of the "cottage", Mr. Nixon, was very kind and fast in answering us. But once we've arrived (it took us more than one hour to find the property due to the mismatch between the real house and the one shown on Expedia) we've discovered "the surprise", and texted immediately Mr. NIxon to share our disappointment: he then disappeared. We've never checked-in because it was impossible to stay inside so We had to book another accomodation immediatily (was late evening) on Expedia to found a bed and a roof for the night... many thanks to Expedia for the day-after assistance. Please, pay attention and be aware if you want a lovely and safe stay in Exuma wich is a beautiful island!"

"Probably the most beautiful Resort on Exuma. Our interior-design Villa was a perfect interpretation of royal/colonial caribbean style. The 23th North Restaurant was very good with a very friendly staff (others staff was not so friendly..). Very good stay with all the comfort. I suggest it."
