“Poor service and waited an hour after standard check in at 4 pm for our room to be ready. After entering the room, which should have been clean, we found something quite disgusting on the bed so if the sheets were changed this item would not have been there. The room was obviously not cleaned. We ended up not staying at the Viking and checked into another hotel and had a great experience. The Viking was very disappointing after the so called “renovation”. We will not be visiting the Viking...
