“Nice and new ”

“My family and I checked in around 6pm and left around 8:45pm. There were stains on the covers, carpet, and chairs; furniture was not cleaned (I.e., the eating table); a chair was broken; and there were a swarm of ants after dropping a fry on the carpet. We thought we could stay until check out the next day, but decided to leave. The staff were friendly and accommodating. ”

“The pillow case was dirty looks like it was mold on it.. the bathroom toilet was dirty it had dirt in the front of it.. the towels had stains on it.. when you wet them you see all kind of dirt spots and yellow stains on it.. if I had somewhere else to go I definitely wouldn’t left ”

“Roaches in the room. If you do go ask for the first floor only everything else smells like mildew and cigarettes ”

“The front desk guy that’s there all the time is such a great person he made sure our check in and out went perfectly smooth and he was very polite the entire week we were there! He didn’t let us being sheriffs on vacation be known and I appreciate that! I been to hotels before and it was nothing like this one it was clean peaceful and relaxing! Thanks guys!!”

“Property and rooms were clean. Staff very polite.I had an issue. I was given a room key to a room that was occupied and the person was in the shower. Very upsetting!”

“Room was dirty- mold and mildew in the shower and shower pan was slippery. Also, they charge $8 a day to park your car. This is Tinley Park, mid socioeconmic and ghe parking lot shares with Texas Roadhouse and Jumbo Crab. It's a joke. Save your $$ and stay somewhere else.”

“The property was clean, amenities were good! There was an issue with my reservation being cancelled and credit card issues having to be disputed! Unfortunately, a crew of younger guest checked in and made the stay very uncomfortable! They were up all night being noisy and even created some damage to the property.
