“I would not stay here again, the hotel is in construction so there’s construction material and plastic everywhere. But that’s not the biggest issue, I was giving a room where everything was dirty, the sink looked disgusting and the shower looked like it had been just used and was also very dirty. I asked to be moved to a different room and the staff did moved me. The new room was okay, it looked clean at first glance but you can tell that all they did was to whipped things with a rag. “Breakfast is typical buffet. Eggs, sausage, pancakes, some fruit. The property is well kept. The pool was closed for renovation and should be open by now but it is still closed. Shower lacks umph. Full hot is not quite hot enough. Beds are comfortable. Garbage truck loads just outside at 5:30 am, no alarm needed. Stayed for a week and will stay again.”

“Just ok, not filthy not clean. Toilet stoped up and I had to come to the front desk and fetch the plunger myself. Hallways had a smell, the room, bed and bathroom was fine. It was ok if you don’t want to spend a lot of money for lodging this is the perfect place to stay.”

“It's obvious there is a shortage of hotels that allow pets, as there were many here. The staff was pleasant, and everything was clean- which is much appreciated. The hotel needs some updates badly. The population of guests was unsavory. Marijuana reeked on the premises. It was a, you get what you pay for, experience. I'd not opt to repeat the stay unless no other options are available. Stinks to not be able to travel with your pet without downgrading your accommodations.”

“Great team of staff. I requested to check in early and front desk staff were so sweet and allowed me to have my room 3 hours before 3pm. Amazing hotel. Nice breakfast. It was not fancy but the quality was exellent. Super close to the Met train station. All and all. I was very pleased.”

“My husband and I were staying there to celebrate his birthday. There was only one towel in the bathroom, but the reservations were for 2. The carpet looked like it hadn't been cleaned or vacuumed in years. The air conditioner sounded like a train once in a while. The worst things were the beds As hard as sleeping on the floor and the springs underneath kept making weird noises. I couldn't get comfortable enough to go to sleep until 4 am and tons of Tylenol for the pain this bed was causing me.”

“Nice clean area. Beautiful surroundings and clean side. But not even bar soap in the bathroom. No basic sample size of shampoo One roll of TP. No hairdryer Not even basic essentials that a motel 6 would even provide. For $180!!! Mines well pay an extra $100 to at least make sure basic necessities are met. Luckily the tv worked and the beds were decently comfortable for the 5 hours we stayed.”

“For sure 3 out of 4 rooms I was shown had visible and you could smell the MOLD. The 4th one you couldn't see but could smell mold. I'm highly allergic and suffer with asthma! Nastiest hotel i have ever been too in my life! It seems I will need to dig deeper to find my next hotel when I visit other states, because this one should not have been on the list at all! I wish I would've taken pictures, but I was past exhausted! This was the worst part of my trip!”

“Water leaked from the wall in between the tub and toilet when the shower is turned on which leaves a huge puddle of water that spreads into the room. I also left a horrible horrible smell and the attendant apologized but said that there was nothing they could do. Very disappointed”

“Excellent hotel to stay at. Right off the expressway. Staff was helpful. Room was very clean. Newer flat screen tv. Comfortable mattress. Breakfast was excellent. Only reason it’s not a 5 star is because the pool is a little small.”

“Staff are very friendly. The facility needs to be updated. Broken furniture in the rooms. Bathroom needs updating. Fortunately they were having the carpets, furniture and window treatments cleaned as we were checking out. Great location.”
