“Staff was great but very disappointed that the lounge/ bar was not open on a Saturday night. I booked this hotel specifically for the late food/ drink option. We were in town for a nearby basketball game and was looking forward to the convenience of getting a late night snack and drink back at the hotel with my family. Would have like to see that when I booked that it was closed and not advertised as an amenity. ”

“Excellent the only issue we had was no body wash. Our dispenser was empty, but we had a bar of soap so we were good! ”

“It wasn't that bad. I gave 4 stars because I found fake eyelashes in my bathroom. Plus the pool was warm but the pool area was super cold. Everyone was sitting with either a sweater or towel wrapped around them. Breakfast was great. Staff was pleasant. I would go back.”

“The rooms were unbearably hot and stuffy. We were told the AC was not on and if we wanted to cool the rooms, open the windows. There were child locks on the windows and we had to call the front desk to get the info on how to open them. This was a hotel wide issue and no one was advised of the cooling issue. Also, the fire alarm went off at 7am and then abruptly stopped.”

“Parking is limited and not conveniently located to the buildings where the rooms are located. The grounds are beautiful but the rooms leave a lot to be desired- when we arrived there was clearly a moisture issue on our floor, there was a terrible smell and fans going in the hallway. Our room was very dark. The one day we requested housekeeping and left early our room was not turned over, but the next day when we had a do not disturb sign on our door housekeeping tried to come in at 9 AM.”

“I enjoyed my stay rooms are very clean comfortable bed pool and hot was good also buffet was breakfast was good staff very nice check in was easy and fast ”

“The staff was very pleasant, helpful and efficient. Our room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was nice and clean. (No moldy corners yay!) I will say it has the longest hallways to get from lobby to the elevators. For someone with mobility issues or heavy luggage you need to take this into consideration. Best to ask reception where your room is located to determine which side of building to park on. We didn't use pool or gym. The lobby restaurant looked nice but we did not eat there. ”

“In the big scheme of things, as with all hotel rooms, you just have to manage expectations. After driving up the mountain to park, walking down some outside stairs that are in desperate need of repair and most likely would fail any sort of safety inspection it had to go through, once inside we were created by a delightful person who checked me in and gave me a room in the back so as to be a little quieter. The room itself was clean. The bathroom was dated and is probably due to be refurbished....
