“The hall carpets were dirty. Elevator was broken entire stay only one working. Also requested room cleaned done once and they left cleaning rag on shelf in bathroom was there Thursday thru Monday”

“We actually did not have breakfast and never went to the bar this trip because we had a late check-in and had early plans. Have stayed here several times and will again in the future.”

“I stayed here based on the positive reviews. Breakfast was great, as other travelers have mentioned. The lobby and grounds were fine. The issue was the room. We stayed in room 142. The carpet was stained in multiple places and the couch was past its prime. We kept on our flip flops, which is not something we regularly do in a hotel room. It just felt a little icky. So, unless the room is refurbished, I would be cautious.”

“Spotless environment”

“TV stopped responding to remote. We then attempted to manually change channels and power TV off from the unit controls. Nothing worked. We had to unplug the TV to turn off. Then it wouldn't turn back on!”

“We were hardly at the hotel so I believe it was ok for us”

“I lost my identification and they wouldn’t let me check in with my 11 year old daughter and we was homeless and on top of us not being able to check in because I lost my wallet before I got there and kept 2700$ and never gave me a refund!!”

“Staff at the dining area are sweet and nice. The younger white man who booked my room, helped me to get Uber to the convention hall was fine. Two middle aged Latina women, ( day time) are unhelpful, stupid, and unfriendly. They also don't understand English. Should be replaced or moved to other jobs. Breakfast and dinner and staff there including the Latina lady were wonderful.”
