“This condo in downtown Greenville was perfect for our 4day vacation. We were 2 short blocks from the middle of town. Parking is free and right outside the building. The private patio was perfect for happy hour or late night. The bath with large walk-in shower is wonderful. The overall design of the condo is high quality. The Reedy River park is the highlight of downtown. We walked up and down the river multiple times. Several excellent restaurants and a bookstore are within short walking...

“This 4th floor condo was in great shape in a quiet, somewhat secluded building on Court St. It was a quick walk up to Main St for shopping, eating and drinking; and only a block the other direction to get to the river and Falls Park. Condo was stocked with everything needed for a 5 day stay with comfortable furniture and all the luxuries of home. Our panic on check in was there was no closet .... relieved to find a nice walk-in behind the bathroom door :) My only complaint was the inconsistency...

“Very clean, had everything we needed. We stayed for a quick 1 night trip for a concert, everything was walkable.”

“Parking was great and we never used our car once we arrived. Awesome location. Coral Greenville Restaurant was right downstairs. Cozy little coffee shop just a few doors away. Very close to the falls. We walked everywhere. ”

“Excellent location. Owner very accommodating And available Beautiful decor 1.5 bath seemed adequate, but listed as 2.5 bath. Well equipped for family of four . ”

“There is noise from neighbors. Make sure to book in advance. Ac doesn’t work as well as it could. Still 5/5 stars nobody is perfect ”
