Inside, you’ll find an open-concept main floor with large windows and lots of natural light, giving the living area a warm, inviting feel. Kick back for movie nights with the smart TVs and high-speed WiFi, or utilize the stocked kitchen, complete with a Keurig and all the basics you’ll need.

Upstairs, both bedrooms are comfortably furnished with fresh linens. The property would have very accommodating if it were clean. There was a dirty sock under the master bed, the back side of the shower curtain in the master was horribly filthy, there were boogers wiped on the wall over the bedside table in the 2nd bedroom, dirty dishes in the cabinets, and there were nails and screws all over the walls where curtains and decor have been removed and not replaced, and We only stayed for 1 night and were exhausted, and quite frankly didn’t have time to report issues due to being in town for a tournament.

First and foremost Amanda and her co-host Jake are very welcoming, nice, and professional! The unit was nice and clean, the location was nice, quiet, and convenient to stores(Walmart, Publix, CVS, etc.) If I had one small very minor complaint it would be the speed of the wi-fi while trying to watch movies/shows on Netflix it would stop and give a slow internet speed message so had to keep reconnecting a few times but other than that it was GREAT! I will definitely rebook again if I come stay in this area when visiting SC! 5

We stayed at Amanda‘s property as an interim place while we were moving from out of state, until we bought our new home. The townhouse is just fantastic. It was very clean and spacious and had everything necessary. The beds were comfortable, which is hard to find in a VRBO. We discovered, while staying in the townhouse, that the area and location were ideal for the purchase of our new home as it is centrally located to everything near Greenville or Spartanburg. We had a couple of small things that came up with the dryer and the TV and it was handled immediately. I highly recommend staying if you are in need of a temporary living space or just want to enjoy Greenville.

The home is nicely decorated. The kitchen has plenty of space and relatively new appliances. Could use some storage containers for use and a mixing bowl for salad and some smaller. Bring your own spices a seasoning there are none. Nice surprise the master boasts a king bed. Appears new and very comfortable.
