“The person who did our check in went out of her way to help us get a room that fit our needs. She also told us of three local restaurants who gave discounts to people staying at the hotel.”

“We stayed here for the Ella Langley concert in Salem. It was perfect! The lofts are beautifully renovated. We had a full kitchen and washer and dryer. It was very clean and felt safe. Parking was free. I would definitely stay here again.”

“I stayed here for a family reunion. I actually purchased several rooms for my family. I reviewed the other room and I received feedback from Hampton basically saying I lied or that was my interpretation. I stated my room smelled like a wet dog and that there had been a spider in the bathroom. Thier response was they checked my room and they didn't see a spider and the room smelled fine to them. Well of course I killed the spider. I didn't say it was infested. The room does smell however. ...

“The continental breakfast was excellent. They are definitely pet friendly. I like the floors do not have dirty carpet but vinyl flooring! The price is reasonable!”

“I am not one to complain but I feel that I have to make others aware of the issues we had at this hotel. The air conditioner did not cool the room, the refrigerator was rusty inside and iced over and the toilet would not flush in our initial room. We moved to the room next door. The air conditioner did work. The toilet flushed but rocked because it was not secured to the floor.”

“I had three rooms and in one room there was a pair of used underwear in the corner and in another there was a meth pipe under the bed.Told someone at the front desk and it was immediately taken care of but we were there with our three year old granddaughter and what if she had picked up either one”

“This place was def not the best but gave us a place to lay our head for one night. Our room smelled like someone urinated on the carpet next to the bed. The inn is kinda worn and needs updating. The breakfast was great! But I wouldn’t stay here again.”
