“The staff was friendly but the place was a mess. In the room the fridge I paid for didn’t work, nor did the microwave or cable. Place was nice though just not really worth it. ”

“Everything was nice, clean room, very good breakfast...”

“The property was nice and clean and is very convenient to I-81. Roanoke and downtown Salem are just a few short minutes away. The king-size bed was very comfortable and I slept very well. The young lady at the front desk was friendly and welcoming, however she did not inform me of the $50 incidental deposit required upon check-in. I will consider staying again when I need a convenient, comfortable room in Salem.”

“Great 1 night stay”

“This property was outstanding. A full kitchen and comfortable living area with a sectional couch. Comfortable bed, nice linen in a nice quiet and walkable town. 400 m from an excellent coffee house that also serves breakfast item. Nice to see the locals there. ”

“Checked into a room. There was no toilet seat on the toilet as it was laying in the floor. There was no shower curtain, the towels were stained, the drawers were all broken and missing handles, there was trash in the drawers, the bedspread was dirty with burn holes in it. There was no remote, no ashtray and the AC unit looked like someone had taken off the front and didn't put it back on all the way. It was disgusting! I quickly complained and went and stayed somewhere else. ”

“Everything was very nice, but the lighting needed to be a little bit brighter in the room. The parking was great. The room was clean. The staff was wonderful. Breakfast was OK. Well stocked we enjoyed our stay the tub could’ve been a little bit better or bigger but other than that, everything was great. ”

“Beautiful little sweet. Very very clean. Great location. Used to get to felt very safe. All the conveniences were needed. The only downside is that they really could upgrade the bed. It was uncomfortable and probably needs a new mattress, but not enough that we wouldn’t stay here for a night again if we come back for another concert”

“No bath towels in bathroom - said they didn’t have a reservation for me - said the same 2 months prior. Booked thru Expedia. !!!!!!”

“The room was dirty first of all. No trash can at all. Wifi cuts in and out, dirt all over the walls, holes found beer cans behind bed, smelled awful with having a non smoking room the green cover blankets covered in burn holes, i booked one night online and made another booking before 11 this morning to extend our stay another night, paid and everything, go down stairs to let him know we rebooked the room and to get a new room key and the man wanted us to completely check out, and come back to...
