“I loved the facility, the location and the value of this place. It exceeded my expectations, the room was super nice and clean. They also have good amenities, I got upgraded and got a free drink for my Gold status and that is always appreciated. Some staff members seem new but they’re very kind so that’s also important. I would definitely be back soon!”

“The atmosphere was lovely. It’s not a luxury hotel by any means, but the staff was nice and the hotel is so cute. It really set the tone for my stay in Guadalajara. The only things I would say is the bathroom kind of smelled due to what seemed like sewage issues, but it didn’t ruin the stay for me. Loved the little patio we got and the pool, which was so warm. I would highly recommend this hotel to any budget traveler.”

“Stayed in the newly renovated rooms and was very pleased. The buffet breakfast was very good and the staff excellent. Room service was above excellent and room was cleaned daily. Very happy with our stay.”
