“This hotel offers a cheap yet good quality accommodation option near Phoenix downtown (~10 mins walking from the city center). The room was comfortable and silent, Wi-Fi works well. Staff is very friendly, welcoming, and available for any issue. Free breakfast offered every day from 6.30 to 9.30 am.
I would definitely recommend staying here. ”

“The room was filthy with literal dirt on the sheets and pillow case, hair and debris on the floor, mold/mildew in the shower. Called Expedia customer service immediately and spoke with Dominic who offered another hotel for an additional charge totalling over $800 for four nights assuring me it was a 5 star facility. Upon arriving there it was also filfthy and seemed dilapidated with every floor at some point having crumbling flooring. The room was again not clean with some of the same issues as...

“The location was amazing. The stars for the staff go to two individuals alone. If not for them (hostess/waitress in restaurant and Brandon at front desk) I would have given ZERO stars for staff. Be prepared to ASK for everything including clean towels, coffee, room cleaning, real glasses, cheese on the breakfast buffet. NOT relaxing - it was a chore. ”

“Booked for the fire pit but it wasn’t on. The free breakfast wasn’t great. Not sure what the eggs were. Our tv would also turn off while trying to look at the menu which was frustrating, and there wasn’t hotel info or check out on it that we could find.
