“Friendly checkin , helped me get into a better upgraded room early, there was a charge. No free upgrades at this hotel. Did ask for a late check out with a $50 charge , I declined. The room was really clean and smelled good and furniture seemed new. Customer service was great all around. Water park was fun ! The only real disapointment was the jacuzzis at 2 seperate locations at Sedona upper and lower were broken and pool for Sedona lower was very dirty. We just went to Camelback building and it...

“The staff was very helpful, polite, and friendly. I had missed a flight and they were happy to offer a late checkout. Full kitchen with large refrigerator, washer and dryer too. On our last day we were going to sit in the hot tub and it wasn’t working. They fixed it and we just had to wait 30 minutes for it to heat up. They were apologetic. Good for extended stay”
