“The room was dirty, bathroom had dirty prints on the wall, the shower had a super slow drain with a disgusting drain with no cover, bubbled wall and ceiling above the shower that was leaking water out of it. Luke warm water and cold water only in the shower. ”

“This hotel offers a cheap yet good quality accommodation option near Phoenix downtown (~10 mins walking from the city center). The room was comfortable and silent, Wi-Fi works well. Staff is very friendly, welcoming, and available for any issue. Free breakfast offered every day from 6.30 to 9.30 am.
I would definitely recommend staying here. ”

“Booked for the fire pit but it wasn’t on. The free breakfast wasn’t great. Not sure what the eggs were. Our tv would also turn off while trying to look at the menu which was frustrating, and there wasn’t hotel info or check out on it that we could find. I don't like having to use apps on my phone for that. ”

“Great clean hotel, great smoke free casino with sportsbook... Only complaints were we struggled with room temperature, and pillows too feathery... Requested foam pillows, they didn't bring me one. Also if you run cold, you may need to consider bringing your own blanket. There were just a few flimsy sheets on the bed. When we asked for more, they brought us up 2 not so thick, not so soft, extra blankets... Free bottled water was a plus”

“We booked a room with a pullout couch to accommodate a family of four. When we arrived we were informed that they had sold out of that type of room, and that they only had a room with two beds. We asked for spare blankets and pillows, which they also did not have. Terrible experience and were absolutely not provided what we had booked. ”
