“Friendly checkin , helped me get into a better upgraded room early, there was a charge. No free upgrades at this hotel. Did ask for a late check out with a $50 charge , I declined. The room was really clean and smelled good and furniture seemed new. Customer service was great all around. Water park was fun ! “The breakfast was good, with a variety of foods available. However, I did encounter a problem with my room key; it worked intermittently, so I had to swipe it a few times. On the second day of our stay, the staff did not clean the room, which was disappointing. I didn’t mention anything because we returned to our room late in the evening, and it didn’t seem to be much point in making a fuss since we were leaving the next day anyway.”

“When we first arrived the guy behind the desk couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating. He even gave us complimentary breakfast. The room was big and clean and comfortable. Parking was easy.
