골목안에 위치. 로컬인들이나 중동분들 숙박 많이함.

도매시장 방문목적으로 묵었는데, 골목안에 위치해 있어서 잘못왔나 싶었습니다. 밤늦게 무서워서 혼자 들어가기 어려울 수 있어요. 중국말 안통하면 더할겁니다. 로컬중국인들이나 중동사람들 묵는 비즈니즈 모텔수준. 특히 여자분은 묵기 어려울 수 있습니다. 차라리 한국분이 도매시장 방문 목적이면 삼원리나 웬징루쪽 한국민박으로 예약하시는것이 좋을 것 입니다. 이틀예약했느나 하루 묵고, 숙소 옮겼습니다. 물론 취소는 안됐구요... 결국 5성급 묵을 비용으로 하루 묵었네요. 모험이었습니다. 비추입니다. 와이파이도 느렸음

非常差的一間老舊酒店，

我訂的是無法退款的房，已付款。櫃台找不到我的訂單，說從來沒跟hotels.com有合作，竟然第一時間叫我上網退訂，還要我自己打電話問客服，三更半夜在前台餵蚊子，非常不開心，

Great value hotel

I was in Guangzhou for the canton fair. This hotel is not close to the fair, but they do offer a free bus to and from the fair everyday. The price of the hotel is very reasonable specially at the time of the fair, when most hotels raise their rates. The hotel staff is very friendly. However, the language is a barrier like almost everywhere in china. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. You might get street noise if you are on the lower levels, but that's only till 11 pm or so. The hotel is in a lower class neighborhood: to me, that was a plus as I was able to go out and walk around and experience the Chinese life. May not be every ones preference though. Fairly close to the underdround station which is a big plus. A McDonald's across the street and many different eating places around it. I would go back. Hope that helps.

Location is Wong

The hotel is NOT located where the hotels.com map says it is. It took us TWO HOURS to find it even though it is "right next to the train station." It is close to the train station and the area is good - lots of amazing places to eat - but the fact that it is so hard to find because the location is wrong is the main reason for the lower rating. Cleanliness was also an issue. There were cigarette butts on the floor behind the curtain. Thankfully my husband found them before my toddler did.

It was okay. Staff are not confident in their English abilities so be prepared for the language barrier.

安宿ですが良いと思います。

ホテルは良かったんですが、エクスペディアの地図が全然違う場所を示していてホテルを探すのが大変でした。結局、他社サイトの地図を使って辿り着きました。安宿なので駅から少し離れていて表通りから裏路地に入った場所にあるホテルです。設備もきちんとしていて問題は無いと思います。安宿なので外国人が多く利用している感じでした。言葉は中国語しか通じません。漢字で書くとなんとなく分かってもらえました。

安宿なので良いと思います。

ホテルは良かったんですが、エクスペディアの地図の示す場所が全然違う場所でホテルを探すのが大変でした。結局、他社サイトの地図を使って辿り着くことが出来ました。安宿なので期待はしていませんでしたが部屋も広く設備も整っていてアメニティも付いていてとても良かったです！

Budget hotel close to shops but needs a clean

Good customer service and low price for a great area. Only let down was the general cleanliness of the room and condition/age. If the staff hadn't been so helpful then I would've rated this hotel at 3/5. Free wifi was good and the bed was comfortable which isn't the norm in China. For those posting 1/5 reviews, try to learn some basic Mandarin and Cantonese, take a phrasebook and also understand that they might not understand your accent if you aren't English but speak good English. Top tip: Get some food from the street market on the adjacent alleyway. For as little as 10 yuan you can get a decent fried noodle meal.

Basic hotel near wholesale markets

The front desk staff had a problem understanding english at all which made check in a long process. They could not find our online booking and said there was no room booked until I insisted and showed them my confirmation. The hotel was dated but clean. The pillows were good, sheets pressed and clean. The included breakfast had been moved down the street to a restaurant which was not far but the breakfast was very basic. Fruit, congee and noodles. For the limited english the staff did pretty well. There is airport pick up and drop off for a pretty steep price but it is available. Location is great. Hotel is hard to find in the end of an alley.

Wonderful Holtel in Guangzhou

I have been to Guangzhou before. This was my first time at this hotel. In a nutshell it was wonderful. Safe and clean and very pleasant with good people attending to everything. .... On the negative .... No breakfast or meals. .... And even so the English and attitude of the front desk staff was very good but just a little more English would have been even better. The cleaning and house staff were very pleasant. I would very much stay here again.
