You'll be mere steps from HOA tennis and basketball courts, Rio Nido Pee Wee Golf, and a restaurant, entertainment center, and seasonal pool (available for a daily fee) at the Rio Nido Roadhouse. Also within a quick and scenic drive are downtown Guerneville, the Northwood Golf Club, and a variety of world-class wineries.

Whether you're planning to explore the Russian River Valley or simply relax in a peaceful forest setting, you'll find the perfect spot to begin and end each day on the expansive deck. Take afternoon naps in the hammock, grill and dine alfresco with a view of the redwoods, and breathe in the fresh air as you soak in the hot tub or tell stories by the fire table.

Security camera details: One pointing towards the front entry door / and one outback pointing towards the deck/hot tub area. You can shut off this camera with the switch going out the back door

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
