“The room service was poor. Gym smelled like it had not been cleaned for a long while. Customer service was really bad. Reception desk was dirty, I complained about it but they never bothered cleaning it till we left after a stay of 5 days. Imagine housekeeping not taking a it trash after dropping new towels. For few days they didn’t change the sheets they only tucked it and laid it again. It was not a nice experience. We tried to cancel our reservation same day we got there but were not...

Room cleaning didn’t happen one day. Tv didn’t work, thermostat didn’t work. Both were repaired quickly, however.”

“The hotel was a nice experience. We enjoyed the pool on red flag days, and the beds were comfy. The only downfall was the breakfast options. There wasn't many protein options, just the same options each day of biscuits and gravy, egg patties, a potato and bell pepper mix, make your own waffles, cereal, and some different bagels. Would have enjoyed a kind of bacon or sausage atleast one day. Other than the breakfast, which was still tasty none the less, our stay was perfect. Will consider staying...

“Good points: Location (even with the road work), breakfast buffet and staff (Awesome group of breakfast staff), and upper deck staff great. Beach was not overcrowded and we could see further down it was. Poor points: Front desk staff. When I checked in I felt rushed even though there was no one else checking in. After traveling a period of time no one is going to remember everything but rushed like that made it 10x worse. Next day try to get more info at front desk, different person, and it was...

“We got room on second floors and there is no elevator, imagine taking all your belongings to your room thats already ruined our first day, asked for help the house keeping couldn't even tell us where is our room! Enjoyed the pool except we couldn't get another pool towel only 1towel per day that was the staff said! It was raining the towel got wet, returned the wet one so I can dry towel instead!
