“I would say the room was great. It was clean and very spacious. The staff working in the office were very friendly and kind. The parking is plentiful and easy to access. The area around the hotel is quiet and calm. The only real consideration is that the area where this is located does not have much in the way of food options, shopping, or much else and the hotel staff and owners of course don't have anything to do with that.
It's a great place to stay with lots of room and pleasant staff and...
“This property is actually a very run down motel. The three story facility does not even have an elevator! When we found this out we asked for a first floor room only to find that the room was actually UNDERGROUND up to the window sill and faced directly on to the parking lot (i.e lined up with the car exhaust pipes!)
The only positive note was the courtesy shown by the staff member at the reception desk.

“This TRU location put the emphasis on "pet-FRIENDLY" by gifting us a treat bag. A welcome gesture while transporting two cats from Texas to the Northeast! The rooms were quiet and clean. The front desk staff made sure we had adjoining rooms (thanks, Leah!). It's wonderful to have a quality option when traveling with furry friends! We will ALWAYS go with TRU when available.”
