“The air conditioning didn’t work as good as it should and the tv was very glitchy and everything but pretty much ended up leaving at 3 in the morning, may not stay here again”

“Upon arriving, the lobby was blocked off with a black screen partition. The pool was empty. Our room was not clean (understatement), with hair on the bedspread, food remnants on the floor, and urine w toilet paper still in the toilet. We immediately returned to the front desk and asked for a refund. While the front desk person tried to appease by offering another room, to clean the one we were given, etc., we were insistent that we were not staying. The desk clerk said we would have to go...

“Bad smell in room uncomfortable hard bed pillows didn't smell good. Room desperately needed updating terrible wall lights only no charging ports for phone. No breakfast to speak of, not even forks available, chairs were still on top of tables in breakfast room 2 hours after it was open. Won't stay there again.”

“They just renovated the breakfast area, but the rooms were in need of complete renovation. The furniture was old, and the bedding needed replaced. Carpets in hallways were stained. Not up to standards of some Quality Inns. Staff was friendly and worked with what they had.”

“Upon check in the gentleman at the desk was not very pleasant. I had reserved 2 rooms and he stated it was only one and I showed him the expedia reservation and told me I had to contact expedia. I am grateful they did have a room available. Property was clean and well maintained. That was the only issue I had.”

“When I arrived at 6 PM, the staff was busy, but I got in within a reasonable amount of time and they checked me in. The room is beautiful, and I love the decor. The bed slept really well and having a high-tech shower was great. Everything was so spacious and well laid out. Free drinks were helpful too and I was able to relax for two glorious, blissful nights. Their breakfast was one of the better ones I’ve had and I’ve never had scrambled eggs so good either. “Very bad .We were told 15.00 dollars a day for our pet and 20 dollars total for the stay. It was 25.00 dollars a day.hmmmm. Then we paid ZQqqq”

“The room and hotel were nice, but was given the wrong room keys and check in link. Trying to get a hold of someone to fix the issue was painful. Maintenance was the only person helpful and willing to make contact outside of texting in the app. The positive rating are for him.”
