Hotel vicino a H and H Lake - Kansas City

“The room was clean and neat. I wished it had a closet with hangers, a folded carrier place to put my suitcase on. The breakfast didn't have any sausages or bagels, but otherwise good. The manager took an extra $100 for deposit, then the day clerk says it takes 5-7 business to get it back. What the heck, I am very disappointed about that. BEST WESTERN gave me my deposit back right away, and the pool was shut down for maintenance in the middle of summer. I think Best western was the better deal.”

“This is a place to avoid like the plague! People are rude, stupid and they kept me waiting 45 min at the airport without calling the driver for the shuttle bus (because -they justified- they had guests to check in!!!) crazy! Ah, 45 min at 11:00 pm!! Not in the morning. I had to take an Uber an pay 15 $ because the service was awful! Just awful! They didn’t even gave me - refund for the 15$ Uber! “Upon arriving, I noticed that the interior of the hotel itself had a strong smell. I couldn’t put my finger on what the smell was until I entered my guest room - it smelled like strong carpet cleaner mixed with baby powder. Somewhat nauseating.
