“The staff were okay… The hotel was okay glad I only slept there and went and explored during the day. Halls smelt like weed and when we got there pictures were fallen off the walls and had to get a new room got to our new room and the tv did not have an HDMI cord so then we had to wait for them to see if they had one finally gave up and almost left due to everything not being right. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel I was honestly glad to get out of there ”

On the first day, we were still asleep when the housekeeper entered to change the towels and clean the bathroom with us right there; we woke up from the noise and asked her to leave, and she got annoyed. “The indoor pool was not enjoyable at all. It was too cold. My daughter and her boyfriend stayed in it for about an hour but ended up getting out and getting sick due to it being so cold. The hot tub didn’t even work. The rooms we had were great and so clean so that was a big plus. The front office staff were very amazing and so friendly especially Tiki. ”

“Unfortunately, the property was and IS being 100% intentionally misrepresented. Major renovation/ construction has been ongong and has never been disclosed for online booking customers. STILL! None of the amenities- pool, gym, breakfast buffet, etc. were available. My stay was for 11 nights. I only booked this location because it was a Hilton, for the amenities, and because the rating was above 8 on expedia. I'm SO disappointed in Expedia & Hilton. “I don't have pet so I don't know. The hotel is intended for Poker Players, it is near asian concentrations, you can find good asian food restaurants, markets, and all others activity here along Bellaire Blvd., and nearby”
