“Hot in the room. Ac does not work well.”

“Excellent value for a hotel room and they also had inexpensive dining on the premise. You were able to order food and take back to your room. It only took 10 minutes and I believe the kitchen was open until after 1:00 am every evening. They also have a bar onsite where you can watch games on the tv. All in all a good stay as the room featured a television that you could watch from different tv streaming platforms from your phone cast to their tv”

“The hotel is beautiful; looks new. Convenient location to Chinatown. The room is spacious and clean. I would definitely stay here again.”

“The room was rather hot especially at night even after lowering the temperature and took forever to cool down.”

“I stayed at several Marriotts and this one was my best one. Very clean room and comfy atmosphere. I will sure come back to this one when I come back to visit Houston. The worker Mavely made my stay great and was very professional and welcoming. She was very friendly and helpful at all times.”

“Had 1 night stay Sunday, room was nice for the price. Breakfast just consisted of cereal, bagels/bread, yogurt, bananas, oranges, and 2 waffle makers, 1 was in shape of TX which was cute. Juice station was oj & apple iirc. There were signs about eggs but seems like the hot breakfast was Saturday/Sunday only or so. The elevator was very loud coming down lol like Disney's Tower of Terror lolol”

“This is one of two properties in the Houston area with the same name, the other near Pasadena. Subjectively it's a step above Motel 6. Fairly clean, towels are more substantial and not as see through, maid service daily, it has all the basics. The indoor bar fridge was turned off with a puddle of water in the freezer portion but it was a separate freezer and fridge. Amenities were basic including the small packets of shampoo and conditioner. Would of been nicer with more furniture...

“The couches in all of my rooms were very dirty, heavily used, and had a bad odor. They had multiple stains and appeared to be in poor condition. I wanted to bring this to your attention because the furniture did not seem properly cleaned or maintained.”

“The hotel is in remodeling state. Most of floor and wall are covered. It has strong smells of model and weed in the elevator. Don’t feel so sfae.”

“The tv on my room is not working i have a baby and need the tv working in the room the entrence ligth not working i was told them and they just said they are busy they can do nothing 🙄 i left a day before the date my deposit supposed to be coming to my account yesterday and I don’t receive”
