“Esperienza terribile, da italiano sono rimasto disgustato da come è tenuta la struttura e purtroppo ho dovuto passarci una notte siccome sono arrivato tardi e non avevo altre possibilità.
È presente dello sporco in generale tra corridoi hall ecc, la vicinanza all autostrada rende le camere molto rumorose e alla richiesta di cambiare stanza dal lato opposto dell hotel ci ha cambiato stanza mantenendo il lato verso l autostrada, la stanza e corridoi avevano un odore sgradevole, la doccia non...

“"When we arrived, the room was indeed clean. However, we stayed for a week and they didn't change the sheets even once. On the first day, we were still asleep when the housekeeper entered to change the towels and clean the bathroom with us right there; we woke up from the noise and asked her to leave, and she got annoyed.

“The indoor pool was not enjoyable at all. It was too cold. My daughter and her boyfriend stayed in it for about an hour but ended up getting out and getting sick due to it being so cold. The hot tub didn’t even work. The rooms we had were great and so clean so that was a big plus. The front office staff were very amazing and so friendly especially Tiki. ”
