“Staff was accommodating and helpful. Adequate breakfasts. Clean rooms but AC were extremely noisy. Neighborhood is okay, close to Chinatown and Little Saigon.”

“Esperienza terribile, da italiano sono rimasto disgustato da come è tenuta la struttura e purtroppo ho dovuto passarci una notte siccome sono arrivato tardi e non avevo altre possibilità. È presente dello sporco in generale tra corridoi hall ecc, la vicinanza all autostrada rende le camere molto rumorose e alla richiesta di cambiare stanza dal lato opposto dell hotel ci ha cambiato stanza mantenendo il lato verso l autostrada, la stanza e corridoi avevano un odore sgradevole, la doccia non...

“Definitely would not recommend staying here. Staff was extremely rude. Stayed here for 3 nights not once was our room cleaned. We were also told that we had to bring the dirty towels ourselves to the lobby in exchange for new towels… then what’s the point of having house keeping? To top it off, there was NO bathroom door… and they wouldn’t give a different room or give a discount/any accommodation. Worst stay ever.”

“The staff was fantastic but the property was not good. We ran into roaches in the bathroom and the sink did not work in the kitchen. Ira was a great bang for your buck if you can look past things.”
