“The description of the hotel is not truth. It is not in galleria area. The area is unsafe, people were playing music loud without any restriction from one of the room. The park area was dirty and dark, unsafe area in general. They didn’t let me cancel the reservation when I saw the condition of the hotel. Really bad answer in the front desk nothing by phone too. Expedia didn’t solve nothing about this experience and I was charged with full price. There is not respect for the customer in this...

“The room was clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. I arrived a tad bit early and was about to get into a room. I didn’t get to use the outdoor amenities as I was there for the World Cup. Nice hotel for the price.”

“We were initially placed in a room that had a strong fish-like odor. When we requested a room change, the staff moved us to another room, but it also had no hot water. The cleanliness of the room was concerning—the couch had no protective cover, the mattress appeared dirty, and multiple members of our party became itchy after sitting or sleeping on the furniture and bedding. The bathroom door hinge was loose, and the door had to be lifted in order to close properly. The pool was also closed...

“The lobby smelled like dogs. There was always a 10 -20 wait to speak to someone at the front desk. The first room, the TV didn't work, and the work desk staff told me to push a few buttons in a sequence on the remote to get it to work. That didn't work. The second room, the remote didn't work, and the TV was stuck on a channel at a super loud volume when we walked into the room. It took us 10 minutes to figure out how to just turn the TV off. The room was clean but had an old, dusty stench.”
