“Nicole at the front desk was amazing. She helped me get our arrival and departure dates changed due to a last minute change. When we did arrive, she happened to be working the desk and she was very professional and helpful with information. The warm cookies were an added bonus. Room was quiet, beds were comfortable, AC worked perfect. Everything you dream of in a hotel room!”

“Buena estancia, buena ubicación en el downtown; sin embargo tuvimos una muy mala experiencia en el restaurante Rosalie ya que su host nos trató muy mal (existió discriminación de su parte) y la mesera en represaría (por apoyo al host) no nos sirvió lo que pedimos. “This hotel is not located in the Galleria area of Houston. The room was comfortable, and well taking care of. I enjoyed my stay here. One thing though, there is a gym located forty ft. behind the hotel that open its doors. - literally - at 6:15 am, and played music SO loud that I had to call the police! There is also a trainer there that yells like crazy as if he was at a military camp or something. Again, I had to call the police to report all this, because it happened daily! ”
