“Staff was accommodating and helpful. Adequate breakfasts. Clean rooms but AC were extremely noisy. Neighborhood is okay, close to Chinatown and Little Saigon.”

“Roaches! We checked out the same night due to roaches were hiding behind the TV board.”

“Elevator was Out of Service, No Hot Water and Front Desk was not very Helpful”

“All staff was helpful and very professional handling my needs and special request for water while I was out of coins for the vending machine”

“The room was clean besides a few stray hairs in the sink and shower. The staff were all friendly daily and the cookies were amazing and fresh!”

“PHENOMENAL EXPERIENCE ”

“For a newer property I was disappointed. The bathroom fans was never installed. The bathtub did not drain until a worker arrived to remove the clogged drain. He should have checked the sink too because it hardly drained. The building itself lost power for several hours so our dark room had no air conditioning for that time. Not one employee offered an apology, sad.”

“Clean room. Good breakfast. Friendly staffs. Faucet Water drops all day long in the bathtub. It needs to be fixed. Over all is good. Thanks”
