“After a 10 hr drive from Queensland, we had an easy check in with very welcoming staff. Our room was clean and fully equipped with everything we could have needed. The toiletries smelled AMAZING! And the shower water pressure was incredible! Great air-conditioning that cooled the whole room quickly. Our room was clean and we were so grateful to have our room made up while we were out. Every staff member we encountered was so happy and lovely.”

We enjoyed the proximity to the local cafes and shopping, the large balcony and being able to listen to the ocean from all rooms! A well equipped, full size kitchen and Netflix for downtime made it a comfortable stay.”

“メトロのクローズネスト駅前でシティやセントラル駅へもアクセス抜群でした。 フロントがないので、不測の事態が起こった時は、メールや電話で英語でのやり取りをすることになります。 私の場合、チェックイン前の連絡を当日まですっかり忘れていて、早朝、電話し事情を話すと、すぐにチェックイン手続フォームが送られてきました。 そこにパスポート情報などを入力し送信。その後、昼過ぎに施設から建物に入るコードと、部屋の鍵の取り出し方などの情報が送られてきて無事に部屋に入ることができました。 部屋はスタジオタイプで、景色のいいバルコニー付きでとても綺麗でした。写真と同じ感じでした。 洗濯洗剤も滞在数分ほど用意されていたり、掃除道具も全てあり、快適な滞在となりました。 フロントがないので、チェックイン前後の荷物の預かりがないのが残念ですが、シドニーは色々な場所で荷物預けのサービスがあるので、そちらを利用しました。”

“The staff are wonderful, friendly and helpful, customer service at its best. The room was dated but clean enough, bed was soft but clean, toiletries provided were nice. Our room was on the main road which is noisy, ear plugs fixed that. Had everything we needed for long weekend. Bus to city and zoo right outside, convenient spot.”
