“All in order”

“The room was spacious and clean. A bit of a strange set up for the bathroom. The sink is outside the bathroom. If traveling with your dog, you cannot leave your dog in your room if you are going out. Even if they are kenneled. Had to keep my dog in the car during my brother's funeral.”

“Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. King bed was nice and firm. Air conditioning worked well. In-room Jacuzzi for two (in addition to the full bath with an exhaust fan) was a plus. Fireplace was attractive and would be nice to use on a chilly evening. Continental breakfast was adequate. We would definitely stay here again.”

“This time my stay was amazing. The pool was open and I came with a dog. And the staff was amazing. Very, very helpful. The first room was way too hot. I don't think the air conditioner was working. But they quickly moved me and the puppy was happy.!”

“We stayed for only one night but overall had a great experience. The receptionist who welcomed us during check-in was incredibly kind, warm, and professional, which set a wonderful tone for our stay.However, the breakfast service has room for improvement. The selection was quite limited, and key items ran out quickly. There was not enough butter, and the bread selection was depleted before everyone could eat. The morning staff seemed to be multitasking heavily, which unfortunately prevented them...

“The breakfast that was included in my stay was made when requesting it~ it’s a pre made menu ^^ which I quite enjoyed~ They were able to take us in last minute, the restaurant is really good and they have an ample menu selection! Bedrooms are really clean, they take there time when doing the transition of guests, and everyone is super friendly! I’m excited to come back and stay there again!”

“Clean room, good size. Convenient right off highway. Breakfast was good. Only complaint was dogs barking in the morning from floor below.”

“The complimentary breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and well laid out. I would stay at this hotel in the future. As it is on Gasoline Alley, which I had not realized, I had a longer drive than desirable to get to my destination within Red Deer.”

“I booked on Expedia. I showed up and it was a dump and smelt of possibly urine. 15 minutes later I asked for my money back and the employee said I have to contact Expedia for a refund. Good luck with that. I paid a lot of money to not even stay. Lesson learned. Never use Expedia ever again.”

“The staff in both the hotel and adjoining restaurant made our visit. Whereas the property is a bit dated, it was clean and the bed was comfortable. Would stay here again.”

“The motel is older but has been renovated. We stayed overnight and the bed was comfortable. It was a good place to stay for the cost.”

“The room was average at best, the walls are paper thin and the neibor room was up partying all night, and when I complained she literally never said a word to me. We also had unwrapped coffee and water cups and one of the coffee cups was used.”
