Hotel a Harbin Springs

“Room was not very clean. Stains on curtains. They allow teenage parties that last until the middle of the night. Teenagers screaming all night. Hotel desk came up around three and asked them to quiet down. They still were pretty loud after. Not sure if I will book them again. ”

“Nice staff, good lake access, and clean. Shower was worst I've had. The hot water was too hot, you could not get much cold water from shower so it was too hot for my young child, and there was no shower head! Otherwise, was a good stay, very accommodating staff. ”

“Very good staff. The room was newish, clean, roomy, great tv and storage. Great shower, very soft towels. Nice location next to a great coffee shop and the gas station, just minutes away from town. The only drawback was that there was some renovation being done and so the parking was limited when we visited. ”

The staff were pleasant and helpful: our youngest left something behind in the room and they kept it for us and were very helpful about returning it. Cons: Some towels had black stains, some of the furniture was oversize in the room and our mattress pad cover had stains on it.
