“Air conditioning smelled, didn’t provide with amenities/ utilities. I’ve stayed at hotels and they all provide with toilet paper, hair products as in shampoo/conditioner, iron, ice machines, etc. There were some areas in the bathroom that were dirty. Staff took a picture of me after checking out which doesn’t make sense because the hotel was paid for and left on property timing and it’s an abuse against my will without my permission. “Our room was very clean and comfortable with newer furnishings. The location to the cruise port is very convenient. Very disappointed that the pool was so dirty which prevented us from enjoying it. The included breakfast was good and despite the business was kept replenished and clean. Friendly and helpful front desk and housekeeping staff. ”
